SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

When you register for an event with Premier Pickleball Tournament Services (DeBerg Legacy LLC), you may choose to receive text messages about your registration and the events you are playing in. These are transactional messages only, such as registration confirmations, event reminders, check-in and start times, location details, schedule changes, match and court assignments, live standings, scores and playoff bracket updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the optional, unchecked text-message box when you register on our registration page (premierpickleballtournamentservices.as.me). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering or making a purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies by event. You may receive a few messages before an event and additional updates on the event days you are playing.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, register again and opt in, and we will start sending messages to you again.

6. How to get help

If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at benjo@premierpickleballevent.com or 727-692-2255.

7. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, to enroll in this program.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details on how we collect and use your information, please read our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
